The Fairways at Wolf Creek is a Planned Residential Unit Development (PRUD) located within the Wolf Creek Master Planned community. The Fairways consists of 59 homes, a combination of primary and part time residences. The Fairways Homeowners Association maintains the common areas, including yards, as well as the onsite amenities. Amenities include a clubhouse with social space, ping-pong, a fitness room, exterior pool and hot tub and tennis/pickle ball court.
